1. Introduction of equipment

The main parts use building block principle, the elements include convey element, milling element, shearing element, scatter element, banburying element, resistance element, sealed element and so on .Barrel contains sealed shell, main feed shell, vent element, side feed shell and liquid/solid agent feed ,etc. Screw and cylinder are optimally adjusted according to different process requirement. Screw elements use the patent of Tianhua Institute design with the self-cleaning function. New high-performance gear box, versatility feed system, independent vacuum, lubrication, cooling system, and cutter system. Optimum design guarantees the output and mixing effect, and reduces the energy consumption. The data base can provide guidance to reduce the waste before formal launch.

Dabber and screw elements adopt computer aid design, 3-D simulation and computer simulation technique, making the design more reliable. The finite element analysis software makes the strength and temperature field in uniform distribution. Adopting flow analysis software makes the pass design reasonable and ensures the product quality.

New high-performance gear box adopt new type wheal gear system, which minimizes the number of convey shafts, improves the bear loading capability and increases the torque output.

SHJ(H),SHJ(S) have high cost performance. Wide-body head, high performance convey system and strength dabber are the patent of Tianhua institute. High torque screw adopt Germany’s dabber and Italy Zambello`s high torque gear box.

Supervision, control, data acquisition and failure analysis can carry out with PPC (Computer programming control system) or PLC(Computer logical programmable control system)control model combining temperature, pressure, rate, flow speed, torque and other sensitive element.
